Ed Fisher, President
Mr. Fisher has over 40 years experience in information and real-time control technology, including 28 years experience in the design, implementation and management of geographic information systems, domestically and internationally. During his career as a GIS consultant, Mr. Fisher assisted over 100 clients in successfully establishing Geographic Information Systems. These clients spanned a broad range of GIS related disciplines. Among them were local governments as well fortune 100 companies in the telecommunications, utility, and oil and gas industries. Clients included General Electric Corporation, AT & T, Xerox Corp., Southern California Gas Company, AutoDesk, Conoco, Continental Telephone, and General Water Works. As a partner in a GIS software startup, Mr. Fisher was the principal architect of the nation's first client-server GIS built atop a relational database engine. Mr. Fisher served as the Director of Public Sector consulting for one of the nations premier GIS consulting firms and carried out consulting assignments in Russia, China and the Middle East.


Curtis Copeland, Vice President
Mr. Copeland has a B.S. degree in Geographic Sciences from Southwest Missouri State University. During his nine year tenure as GIS Coordinator for the City of Branson, Missouri, Mr. Copeland has been entirely responsible for the implementation of GIS at the City. He is an expert in data compilation activities providing ArcMap or ArcView database design and final data installation and integration on a number of projects. Mr. Copeland serves as adjunct professor at Northwest Arkansas College teaching Geographical Sciences. Mr. Copeland was the principal architect of the joint Taney County and City of Branson digital parcel mapping project that saved Taney County over $300,000 in system implementation costs. During his career, Mr. Copeland has established a reputation for promoting cooperation among various regional GIS users and established the Tri-Lakes GIS user group serving users Southern Missouri. Mr. Copeland has been a featured speaker at several regional technical conferences and has been published in a number of industry technical journals.


Dave Sabath, Software Developer and Project Manager
Mr. Sabath has a B.S. degree in Education from the University of Missouri, and over 27 years experience in mass appraisal at both the county and state levels. Mr. Sabath worked on the State of Kansas reassessment for the State of Kansas Department of Revenue. He was responsible for training State and County employees in the operation and maintenance of the state-standard CLT real property appraisal system. From 1989 to present, Mr. Sabath has served as the Chief Appraiser for the Boone County, Missouri Assessor. He worked on the original 1985 State of Missouri reassessment team. Mr. Sabath is the lead software developer for VillaGIS.


Jesper Larsen, Lead Software Engineer
With a B.S. degree in Electronics, Mr. Larsen has played a key role in the development of several innovative software products. He has over 11 years experience implementing complex data driven business applications and has proven to be an extraordinary programming talent. As partner and lead software architect at hyperGIS, Mr. Larsen has pioneered the novel and efficient delivery of spatial database applications via the internet. He has delivered on-line GIS applications for a large number and variety of clients.


Ginger Lynch, Director of Sales and Marketing
An alumnus of the University of Maryland, Ms. Lynch has 17 years experience in promotions and marketing. She served as President of Leading Enterprises, Inc., a successful marketing company in Missouri for 12 years. She is a member of NAPP and serves on the board of Media Productions. Ms. Lynch is an accomplished motivational speaker and radio host. Ms. Lynch facilitates VillaGIS company growth by implementing the highest standards in customer service. In addition, she serves on various projects in the cadastral mapping department.


Sean Hills, Manager of Technical Services
Mr. Hills has organized the conversion of over 2.3 million land parcels in the State of Oklahoma in addition to supervision of the parcel mapping projects for Howell and McDonald Counties in Missouri. Mr. Hills is a skilled mapper and has achieved a high degree of proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS family of products. At VillaGIS, Mr. Hills has contributed numerous innovations that have resulted in dramatic productivity improvements and is responsible for organizing and scheduling all projects. In addition, he is responsible for training new personnel and continually improving worker skills and increasing productivity. Mr. Hills has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri.


Matthew Sabath, Software Developer and Customer Support Specialist
With a B.S. Degree in Computer Sciences from Central Methodist University, Mr. Sabath brings current generation development skills to our team. He is an experienced Web Developer and Engineer creating programs for Central Methodist University. He has proven to be a successful supervisor, overseeing technicians working on multiple simultaneous projects. Mr. Sabath is proficient in numerous programming techniques and languages.


Lori Giesey, Executive Assistant
Ms. Giesey has 25 years bookkeeping experience as well as over 15 years experience as an independent business owner/operator with an additional 9 years of business management experience in both sales and production based companies. She supervises departmental production and serves as project supervisor for key VillaGIS clients, including Oklahoma Natural Gas, playing the lead role in developing quality control standards. Ms. Giesey coordinates placement of employees and oversees human resource management of VillaGIS.


Linda Reynolds, Mapping Specialist
Ms. Reynolds has over 11 years experience as a Mapping Clerk and GIS Systems Technician in the Taney County Assessor's Office. She is a distinguished member of the Missouri Mappers Association, achieving the Professional Missouri Mappers Certification. Ms. Reynolds serves as lead quality control officer on the VillaGIS team, ensuring the highest quality and standards are maintained on client projects. She plays a key role in assuring Missouri State Tax Commission mapping standards are met on all projects.


Heather Doolin, Parcel Mapping Supervisor
Ms. Doolin has over 10 years experience as a Mapping Clerk and GIS Systems Technician. She was a key member of the mapping team that produced Taney County's digital parcel maps. In addition to her cadastral mapping experience she worked for two years as a GIS analyst for the City of Branson, Missouri Planning and Zoning Commission. She has a Computer Degree from Empire Business College in California.


Justin Wiskur, Production Coordinator
Mr. Wiskur has over 4 years of experience as a Cartographer and has served on numerous projects throughout the State of Missouri. He is an alumnus of College of the Ozarks and currently serves the Reeds Spring School district as the High School baseball coach. He is an experienced manager with an excellent eye for detail and ability to keep projects on target. Mr. Wiskur ensures that Missouri State Tax Commission Mapping Standards are met, resolves property map inconsistencies, directs QC operations, and guides daily parcel mapping activities.
